CMP@CPP Monthly Workshop – History of the CA Math Framework

Join us for a look back at the history of mathematics education policies in California, that has brought us to the current state in the creation and adoption of a CA Math Framework. All the politics and all the drama will be included, from 1989 right up to this very moment. The latest draft, and the last steps in its approval process, will also be examined.

Note: Teachers from every grade level are encouraged to attend, though please note that this workshop will discuss the ideas across the full range of grade levels.
